With your MOH-compatible phone system already in place, we provide every other element necessary to deliver our efficient, high-quality message marketing product right to your door. We have our hands on every step of the process which includes:
Script Design/Development
Our script department supports you with a staff of script designers with more than 50 years combined experience of targeting on-hold messages to national, regional and local clients’ customers and potential customers. A custom profile about your company is completed and under your direction the message topics are selected. A first script draft is then designed for your approval.
To assist with scheduled program changes, our script department maintains a database with your company’s selected format. Script reminders are provided via email or fax.
Voice Talent
A selection of twenty seasoned voices is available for your on-hold programs. From teenagers to mature adults you’ll find just the right image for your business. Spanish and British dialects are also available.
Music
With more than twenty categories to select from, you can mix and match the styles you prefer. For a more international feel, music is also available from more than thirty different countries. All music licensing fees are included.
Digital Delivery Hardware
Our hardware includes a lifetime of our customer warranty; from our facility our technicians perform a quality control analysis of your hardware every 90 days.
Our digital delivery hardware (DDS) is a digital chip recording/playback device. Computer interface is not required.
Your approved on-hold programs are produced in our state-of-the-art digital recording studio. Delivered to your site using the familiar CD format, audio is then easily downloaded via a common touch-of-a-button rom drawer. Flash memory stores the audio program which cannot be lost due to power outage or accidental turn off.
